Pathfinders are girls from 12 to 15 years old. Pathfinders have the same Promise. Law and Motto as Guides. Pathfinders work on Pathways, Camping, Community, Home, Outdoors and World. They have a Be Prepared Emblem as well. Pathfinders can earn the Canada Cord. It is awarded to Pathfinders who complete the Be Prepared Emblem and the bronze, silver and gold levels of their pathways. Pathfinders play a big part in running their own group.
Cadets are a part of Senior Branches. This program is for 15 to 17+ year olds. Cadets spend most of their time learning and practising leadership in Guiding. Cadets don't meet as often as the other branches of Guiding. Most of their work is done by actually helping in Spark, Brownie and Guide Units.
Junior Leaders have a Senior Branch program to keep them busy, along with their unit duties. Junior Leaders can also work on the many awards available to Senior Branches to work on, such as the Commonwealth Award.
Rangers meet regularly and have a program that they plan and carry out themselves. Their unofficial motto is "Look Wide" as they work towards being productive women in their lives and in the community.
